Does it provide two-way audio?

No. It records sound but has no built in speaker.

Should I choose 4MP or 8MP?

That depends on the scene and identification distance. 4MP uses less storage and bandwidth; 8MP provides even more detail.

Can it use the four channel NVR?

Yes when bandwidth and PoE power are calculated for the full system.

Can it record to a card?

Yes, using a compatible microSD card up to 512 GB.
