The protection extends beyond the manufacturer’s equipment warranty. It covers the parts supplied as part of the qualifying installation, our workmanship, labour and call out costs for genuine covered faults. There are no hidden call out charges when the issue is covered by the guarantee.
Your system must be serviced by Bear Watch CCTV LTD once every 12 months to maintain the 10 year guarantee. Annual servicing helps keep the system clean, secure, updated and operating as intended, while allowing potential problems to be identified before they become serious faults.
If a genuine covered fault develops with a qualifying system installed by Bear Watch CCTV LTD, we will put it right without charging you for the covered parts, labour or call out.
Adjustments to detection zones, notifications and other user preferences are not included under the guarantee. However, we are always happy to assist where possible and can often help remotely without charge.
