Yearly Servicing Requirement
To keep your 10 year guarantee active, your system must be serviced by us once every 12 months. This ensures your system stays fully functional, secure and operating exactly as it should. Read more about servicing and maintenance here
What Does Our 10 Year Guarantee Cover?
• All physical CCTV system components
• All installation workmanship
• Faults caused by equipment failure or manufacturer defects
• Issues related to installation or cabling
• All labour and callout costs for genuine warranty issues
If there is ever a problem with a system we have installed, we will put it right quickly and at no cost to you.
What Is Not Covered?
Our guarantee is designed to protect you from faults, failures and workmanship issues. It does not cover the following:
• Adjustments to motion zones or user configurable settings
• Changes to notification preferences or alert timings
• Software feature requests or user training
• Damage caused by third parties
• Neglect, misuse or tampering
We are always happy to assist with settings where possible and in most cases we can help remotely at no charge. However, these types of adjustments are not part of the guarantee.
